CSM Robert L. Bethea retired from energetic obligation within the US Military after serving greater than 30 years. He entered the US Military after graduating from Maxton Excessive College, Maxton NC, in 1973.

He held varied assignments as an Engineer Officer Primary Course and Superior Non—Commissioned Officer Academy Teacher, Army Policeman, Operations Sergeant Main, First Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant and Squad Chief.
CSM(R) Bethea is a graduate of the US Military Sergeants Main Academy, US Military First Sergeants Course, Engineer Superior Non-Commissioned Officers Academy, Primary Non-Commissioned Officers Course, Protection Equal Alternative Administration Institute (DEOMI) and the Major Leaders Course.
CSM(R) Bethea awards and decorations embody the Legion of Advantage, Meritorious Serve Medal two oak leaf cluster, Military Commendation Medal 3 oak leaf cluster, Military Achievement Medal, and quite a few different awards and decorations.
He’s an honored bronze medal recipient of the Francois De Fleury, (Patron Saint of the Engineers) award from the US Military Engineer Affiliation. CSM(R) Bethea has earned a Grasp of Training, Academic Administration, Grand Canyon College, and a Bachelor of Arts, Elementary Training, Coker School.
