Laurinburg man shot in theft

LAURINBURG — A 50-year-old Laurinburg man is within the hospital after being shot Tuesday evening.
In keeping with Capt. Chris Younger with the Laurinburg Police Division, officers responded to First Road round 11:40 p.m. in reference to an individual shot.
