ROCKINGHAM — On March 23, 2023, Bryan Seth Brown was arrested by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Division associated to costs of misconduct with a minor.
Based on the RCSO, the allegations occurred between 2015 and 2017. Investigators have been in a position to develop proof to acquire warrants for Brown’s arrest. Brown was charged with 4 counts of indecent liberties with a toddler and three counts of sexual battery.

Brown was suspended by the varsity system with out pay pending a termination continuing below state regulation. RCS said that each one mandatory info shall be supplied to the Division of Public Instruction and can proceed to cooperate with regulation enforcement. He was processed into the Richmond County Jail below a $50,000 safe bond.
