Sheriff’s Workplace arrests RCS worker for misconduct costs with minor

ROCKINGHAM — On March 23, 2023, Bryan Seth Brown was arrested by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Division associated to costs of misconduct with a minor.
Based on the RCSO, the allegations occurred between 2015 and 2017. Investigators have been in a position to develop proof to acquire warrants for Brown’s arrest. Brown was charged with 4 counts of indecent liberties with a toddler and three counts of sexual battery.
